The balance in the body’s fluid is chiefly maintained and regulated by Sodium.
We many times consume salt in many ways unidentified.
Foods involved:
* Some corn flakes and raisin brands have a high mg of sodium when noticed closely on the labels.
* Drinks made from vegetables are a choice to take once in a week.
* Sauces, soups, spaghetti sauce and gravy dishes contain a lot of sodium so pick the salt-free versions.
* Packaged meat contains high amounts of sodium so check the label before you purchase.
* Nuts occupies the high calorie value when added to salt and gets roasted.
* Snack made of cheese and potato has high salt content.
* Foods containing various flavors add up high content of salt.
* Even medicines contain sodium list out them take doctors advice accordingly.
TIPS:
* Check the foods we purchase from grocery level.
* Avoid chicken soups.
* vinegar and lemon are a best choices to flavor enhancement.
* Use salt free spices.
* Choose snacks which are fat-free labeled.
* Track your levels and calculate the amount intake .
* Check for Salt-free labeled products.
* consider plain food which do not add flavor for your food.
