Cigarette smoking is a habit which harms every part in the body….
• Every one thinks nicotine only causes the adverse effects but the cigarette smoke which contains CO (carbon monoxide) injuries your heart in a long run.
• Nicotine which is present in the tobacco absorbs readily into the blood stream and reaches brain and helps in releasing chemicals i.e. epinephrine
• Smoking is always a risk factor (increased chance of being effected) for every disease.
• Withdrawl symptoms such as anger, depression, mood outs develops when a person tries to quit smoking.
• Tar which is a component in the cigarette destroys the lungs and helps to get various kinds of cancer.
In what ever way tobacco is consumed such as cigars, cigarettes, passive smoking, pipe-smoking, hookah, rolling-own, vaporizer, Beedi and kreteks the following follows:
Cancers such as:
• Lung and oral
• Throat and bladder
• Kidney and pancreas
• cervix in women
Diseases which kill people for having smoking as a Risk Factor:
• Heart Diseases.
• Blood vessel disease.
• Breathing Problems.
• Disabilities
• Strokes.
• Premature deaths.
• Emphysema.
• Bronchitis.
• Pregnancy complications.
• Deaths.
• Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
• Damaging the health of non Smokers.
