Fatigue - causes, results.

•    Having insufficient sleep due to any reason.

•    Feeling sleepy after a small piece of work done by you.

•    Taking diet in a improper manner i.e. in irregular intervals can make you inactive.

•    Skipping breakfast and also the having breakfast which do not contain sufficient proteins and nutrients.

•    Restlessness in women is generally caused by many reasons but the leading cause can be due to Anemia (low red blood cells) Iron supplements can be given in two forms Heme Iron (pork liver, oysters, turkey, shrimp, beef, sardines, mussels) which is found in animal sources which is readily absorbed and Non Hem- iron (cereals, beans in cooked state, pasta, asparagus which is canned, seeds from pumpkin) derived from vegetable sources in any form can be taken to subside this condition.

•    Suffering with Depression can last for longer periods or can be shorter. It needs care from the Professionals, Family, Friends, Teachers, and can be anyone. When a person has the depression disorder it affects his Daily Activities.

•    Hypothyroidism (insufficient thyroid hormone) which helps in run metabolism in the body which in deprivation causes fatigue, weakness, dry hair, depression, irritability.

•    Caffeine a stimulant will not allow becoming fatigue or weak for instance but in a long run it is the thing which makes people to become weak and feel restlessness.

•    Diabetes which makes people fatigue can result from sugar not being entered into cells and stay in the stream of blood due to non acting Insulin.

•    Heart disease (Congestive Heart Failure, Cardiomyopathy) can be one of the reason in which one feels restlessness and the work you do very easy at earlier times which now became hard to do.

•    Lung diseases (Asthma, COPD, Pneumonia) feel ones feeling to take rest, rest and rest.

Makes you to feel:
•    Lack of motivation.
•    Sleepy and drowsy.
•    Not having desire to Eat.
•    Altered Daily Activities.
•    Decreased Power.
•    Vertigo
•    Shortness of Breathe(SOB)
