Foods that improve mood

Have a  better mood from foods it just take

simple steps………….

•    See that your diet contains enough fiber and water to rule out constipation problems and lessen your saturated diet. High content fat diet makes your body to function in a wrong way.

•    Food containing enough nutrients makes blood to circulate in a good way without any obstacles as they prevent swelling and irritation in the body.

•    Folic acid and vitamin B12 containing diet consumption sets the brain in a good mood. Beans, greens, white bread, cooked Lentils, black eyed peas, sunflower seeds, orange juice, grape fruit /pineapple juice contains folic acid.

•    B-12 (Cobalamine) is found in fatty fish, eggs, Corned beef, Beef, Cereals, sardines, rabbit, liver and in dairy products.

•    Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins, Minerals, and sources that can fight with diseases like Heart diseases, blood pressure, cholesterol, cancers, and visionary problems. Yellow, red, orange colors have wide range of advantages and they (phytonutrients) build up the immunity.

Tips to eat more vegetables:

•    Make Recipes with vegetables.

•    Try to eat new vegetables and fruits.

•    Salads, fruits should be filled half your plate when taking a meal.

•    Eat fish as many times as possible, because it contains omega-3 fatty acid which sets you in a good mood.

•    Early wake up in the morning and exposing to the sun rays, eating egg yolk, liver, beef, cheese, salmon fish and cereals makes you to obtain vitamin-D; lack of vitamin-D results in mood disorders.

•    Take small amounts of chocolate.

BAD foods:

•    Avoid foods high in saturated foods.

•    Alcohol consumption should be limited carefully.

•    Caffeine intake should be limited as it causes sleeplessness and gets exhausted.
