How can one loose weight Quickly???????

Here are some interesting tips for that crazy people. It’s really hard to hear when some one says you that you are fat. Even you ignore most of the times at some point of time you just cannot ignore anymore.

EXTRA POUNDS SHOULD BE FREED

One should know the fact that the FAT gets accumulated in the thighs, belly and other body parts and when you start taking certain measures and keep concentrated on the activities you do then chopping out the fat becomes an easy task.

As long as we stay still and doing nothing, I promise nothing is gonna help you……….

Our body has many functions and it does its work in a great way that no intellectual can define its greatness and power within it but the food we take contains many components like carbohydrates, fats , proteins, vitamins, etc..etc.. etc..

When the fat starts accumulating over and over in the body it means that the body metabolism is not sufficient to the food you consume. Metabolism should be improved and the fat accumulated starts to burn and melt.

Useless pounds accumulated in the body can be safely moved out. Here are some ways discussed

•    There is a saying Eat breakfast like a lion and lunch like a cow and dinner like a rat.  Never skip a breakfast for any reason it is important to have breakfast because it gives you calories at a high percentage.

•    Taking low calorie food for lunch like salads fruit juices and fruits.

TRY TO CONTROL YOUR “TEMPTATIONS”

•    Keep out of reach of all the belongings so that you get up too often, unknowingly you are making moves and burning your calories…….

•    In the break time don’t stand still and chat with your friends rather go for a walk with your team members and encourage them to walk too.

•    Place a water bottle while you sit before a television and try to have water instead of fatty food stuffs.

•    Regular walking is best for health if you don’t have enough time spend at least 15 minutes’ in a day.

•    Please don’t go for DIET PILLS as they make your body into shape for a while but the consequences you face will be forever. So let’s get rid of the fat in the healthier way as we can.

•    Exercises done at moderate pace and eating certain foods that containing less content of fat drives you to the destiny to be “SLIM”.

•    Watching TV with the food stuffs placed in front makes you to eat more quantity unknowingly so avoid that kind of setting.

WATER…….WATER…… WATER…….WATER…… WATER…….WATER…… Fill up your stomach with little sips of water.

  2. I respect your honesty and your opinion. I’m a man. I never read comic books. I don’t know if i could have pointed to Iron Man in a lineup of comic book characters. And i don’t particularly like movies based on comic books. BUT I love Robert Downey Jr, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jeff Bridges, so i decided to give the movie a chance.
