  • Too soft seats are not the choice to sit for prolonged hours for back pain people.
  • While sleeping Place knees bent in right angles and sleeping to sides can minimize.
  • Standing Straight and while sitting make sure it provides enough support to our back.
  • Lastly prevention of back ache comes through regular exercises, Yoga, meditation, stretching back and leaning front ways, stimulating and toning up the muscles with exercises
  • Taking lots of vitamin C containing food makes us to feel better.
  • Taking Leafy Vegetables and taking less oil content foods,
  • Avoid smoking, caffeine, junk foods and sweets
  • Take fruit juices (especially lemon juice) and take a balanced diet.

  • While treating any pain the goal is to subside the severity of the pain as soon as they can and to set right the person to make his routine activities with maximum recovery. Some people can get right with some therapies which may not be applicable for others. Determining the severity and depending on the condition some may need surgery (approximately 12.5%).
