If u want lose weight or been boredom of being over weight here are some studies and the results of being slim and to keep you fit. If u can just follow some bites of this topic I promise u cannot be slim by over night but you can know the low calorie level food you opt for.

Sweet potatoes: It is a nutritious and a economic food. It contains 2.59(10.5kj). It is also one of the low fat diets.
